WHICH SERVICE DO YOU NEED?
We come to you! Our service calls within 20 miles include a mileage fee. The distance is determined between your location and our location in Post Falls. All mileage is calculated for round trip.
MAIN REPAIR
$150 per hour
​Most appointments are usually booked within 2-3 days. Those with safety related needs
will be prioritized. There is a minimum (1) hour charge for service calls. Additional time
will be billed in 1/4 hour increments. *There can be additional fees for parts and
supplies if necessary to complete repair.
PHONE ASSISTANCE
$100 per hour
We are pleased to provide phone based support for any questions or concerns you
have. The first (15) minutes are complimentary. For additional assistance with
paperwork, insurance claims, special order parts, etc, we bill $100 per hour (1 hour
minimum, billed in 1/4 hour increments).
Extended Service Area (20.01 – 40 miles)
​$150 per hour plus round trip mileage fee
EMERGENCY SERVICE
$250 per hour
If you are in urgent need of an appointment outside our normal business hours (9a-
6pm), or cannot wait to be scheduled, we may be able to accommodate you on the
same day or next day (depending on availability).
There is a (2) hour minimum charge for all emergency service calls. Additional time will
be billed at $250 per hour, billed in ½ hour increments. A $300 deposit and service call
milage fee will be prepaid prior to visit. *There can be additional fees for parts and
supplies if necessary to complete repair.

5.01 – 10 miles $25 service fee
10.01 – 20.00 miles $50 service fee
20.01 - 30.00 miles $75 service fee plus $2.00 per mile
30.01 – 40.00 miles $100 service fee plus $2.00 per mile
